Any chance that Reaper will be able to load this plugin? Just curious - I can use it in standalone, as well as in Sound Forge, but I was just wondering about Reaper. I know it's able to be loaded in SONAR and Cubase, among others - so I thought I'd ask. Thanks! Ben

You can run it as an external editor, and after modifying the selected item section, will return it as another take. Works very well. --Bill

No need, it still works as an item fx even if it says it doesn't :) Pop on an item hit capture and play reaper, same with melodyne, works fine :)

Sorry was in a rush when I wrote that message and didn't understand what you meant, thought you were just being cautious about using it when it says it doesn't work! ;) If you find the fx in the fx browser (which you open from the view menu) ,all you need to do then is drag and drop the fx by its name on to the audio item for spectral repair to be applied to just that item. From there you press the capture button and the press play on reaper from the start of the item till the end. Once you've done your repairing you can the right click the item and choose to render item to new take which will free up some resources but still allow you to come back to it later. Hope that helps, any other questions let us know. :)

Yeah, render as new take and crop to active take. That tosses it out of memory again. You can always keep the original item on another track as well. I prefer the standalone editor. I just split out an item and have Reaper call up the standalone on a copy, usually a 32-bit floating point file to preserve the most resolution on offer.
