How to make a custom action to add a stretch marker and start+end of item?

I'm just looking for a way to add stretch markers and the end and beginning of media item with a keystroke. How can I achieve this? I couldn't find a way in the actions list.

Using time selection: Time selection: Set time selection to items Item: Add stretch markers at time selection Using the cursor: Item navigation: Move cursor to start of items Item: Add stretch marker to cursor Item navigation: Move cursor to end of items Item: Add stretch marker to cursor But can I ask you for what purpose you use those markers? To stretch the item contents without moving the edges?

Thanks you! Works perfectly very helpful! When I want to do some small stretch markers edits with an item and I want the contents of the rest of the item to be locked in place. This saves some steps so I can immediately tackle a note that is out of time for example, without messing up the timing of the rest of the audio. Thanks so much! :) Edit: in the gif I'd need at least another stretch marker but I think you get the idea!
