RV10 = RV9 EHQ. See this thread for some of the feedback and results when it came out: Of course, everyone's results and eyes are different, but the improvement is always measurable, and in a great majority of cases also visual. If RV9 is good enough for you, stick with it. If you want the best quality, spend the extra time to encode in RV10. Thanks and as Sirber said, welcome!
