On New Sessions the Balance on all tracks goes 100% to the right

Thanks for all the help, but nothing worked, I had to uninstall and reinstall Reaper all over again an that took care of it, plus I downloaded the latest version (3.14 OSX) and now things are working fine, I guess I'll never know what caused it, but now it`s fine, I have it on video anyway for future reference. Once again Thank you all for your prompt response to my problem, it really helps to know that there are people who cares about responding and trying to solve any problems that we may encounter.
