On New Sessions the Balance on all tracks goes 100% to the right

Hi. I have Reaper V. 3.13 now on a Mac Intel core 2 Duo. Whenever I start a new project the balance (Pan) on all tracks goes 100% to the right, I try to move them but they snap back to the right. It just started doing it, was working fine with v.3.12 until I updated to v.3.13 Please let me know if I am doing something wrong. Thanks in advance. R.

It sounds like maybe there are either track pan envelopes enabled. Can you post a project that demonstrates the problem?

Balance 

Hi I tried sending a movie but could not upload it, so I'm sending you a picture of a new project that I just opened and it does the same thing, try to set the master balance to 00 (pan) and it just snaps right back to the right, and all channels do the same as soon as you touch the master's Pan If there's a way that I can send you the movie then you could see what I mean

I don't see anything in the project file that would explain why that's happening there (it's not happening here) -- no hidden track pan envelope. Do you have any hardware controllers or control surfaces mapped? Could you post your reaper-kb.ini?

As a work round can you start a new project and set it how you want and set that as your default Reaper project? Start new project. Change to suit File/Project settings Save as default Project settings. Also you could save this as a Project template until you find another fix. HTH :)
