Dude you need to majorly beef up your campaign page. Get a friend to film you playing music in your home, performing live somewhere, recording in the studio, talking about your own music, talking about music in general, talking about how much you love david bowie, talking about what the bowie song means to you, talking about what you plan on doing with the song, how you want it to make people feel, etc, etc. Get it all edited together with tons of photos, at minimum. Right now it's just a picture of your face and a statement of desire to receive $3k for recording a cover song. You might receive some donations, sure, but there are a million other people online asking for cash. You've got to *show* why you're special. You have to convince people you're worthy; You have to emotionally hook them; You have to show them the momentum you already possess, so they know their money is going to be used for a great cause.
