Hi I used to use GK for my encodes in the past, but now decided to move to MeGUI since I like XviD presets which are built-in into this program. However what I noticed in video configuration window is that there is an absence of target size mode (only target bitrate mode is available). In GK it was possible to enter either target bitrate or target size into second-pass settings. So, my question is: Is it possible to encode in target size mode instead of target bitrate mode using MeGUI? Thanks, Irakli

For target size, you just have to open the calculator in tools menu. Placing that directly on the config panels wouldn't be a bad idea, but right now the dev team is concentrating on other features.

they are the same thing, just with different names :). In target size mode, however, audio bitrate is taken into account.
