Project Start Time Bug

Hi - When I select Use Cursor for the Project Start Time in the Project Settings, it behaves differently than it did in V4. It no longer makes the cursor location 00:00:00 but instead seems to add the during of the timeline up to that point to the location time... bug?

hmm... yep, something seems wrong there. you have to manually put in a negative sign.
