Reamix Book Problem

Been absorbing this book, which is very good, and finally decided to work some of the tutorial files. And predictably none of the /~glazfolk urls work - every one returns a 404 error. Does anyone have current urls where I can access the files, please? Was so looking forward to playing this weekend.

the links are case sensitive.

and unusually for weblinks, there are capital letters in the URL. got me too! >
