xpand plug in does not show up

MacBook Pro 1.83 Ghz 2 gb ram Protools 7.3.1 Mac os - 10.4.8 I loaded xpand from the cd, then downloaded the updater (Xpand! 1.0.1.989UB) followed the instructions and xpand does not show up in protools This shows it not showing up in an unstrument track This shows where the plugin is placed (plugin folder?) This shows it not showing up in an audio track This shows where the xpand dpm file is placed This shows where the xpand!.dat file is place Point of interest So I'm stumped. What am I doing wrong.

Are you using a stereo instrument track?

you need to research the forum. This happen to me once. But I forgot exactly what I did. Its about moving some file to the right place. Was it the dat file into the Dae directory. I dont know. But it fixed it.
