CCITT u-law encoder for Mac

Is anyone familiar with a "CCITT u-law" encoder for Mac? I've got a client who is needing to upload a Music On Hold file to their Cisco system and this is the only format that is allowable.

Although not a Mac solution, it is built into "Sound Recorder" in Windows XP. . . You can find the App under: Start>All Programs>Accessories>Entertainment. Open the file and do a save as. Manual, but free.
