Aww yeah! This is a fucking BRILLIANT TUNE! I have to say..this is light years beyond the last one. This is QWALITY! Right..fucking amazing tune aside... The mix is fantastic..its not the way I would have it but it works. The guitar tone is bang on.Same with the vox. If it were my tune,I'd have the drums louder .Kicking yer face off. They're too far back for my tastes.Same with the bass..needs more teeth rattling tone. Compress everything more! Edit..on third listen...this is FANTASTIC It sounds..and this is a compliment..like something recorded in 1982..in England

Thank you both.. I did try to get the drums a bit heavier and louder but I was getting some peaks so I backed off. Of course I only left a slither of headroom once I mixed. And you say compress more? There's already quite alot and I thought it was already starting to sound squashed. Perhaps I'll try and send the drums and bass to the same comp and see what happens and maybe a touch saturation? But thanks again, I feel a little more encouraged.
