Skew/stretch tempo markers?

Is there a way to move a tempo marker, adjusting both the tempo of the marker before it and it's own tempo (like moving stretch markers)? The last marker should remain 120 and in the same beat and time position, but the first marker would have its tempo increased and the second one decreased, if I skewed the second marker to the left. I can't illustrate what I want to do because it would be flawed - stretch markers are the best way to imagine it. Imagine these are tempo markers: I want to do this: Another neat trick would be to have ripple moving. Basically all the functions of stretch markers as found in mouse modifiers, I would love to see useable on the tempo markers.
