What is a good sample rate? I have been using M Audio fast track for months now and all of a sudden it says my sample rate isnt supported by the usb interface.The only thing I have changed is adding midi cables to a FCB 1010. I tried every option it's given me i dont understand.

Check preferences - audio device and set either 44khz or 48khz, same for project settings (alt-enter). Does it help any? Unsupported rates are usually higher than that.

Is there a setting Reaper itself? Because my standalone Amplitube 3 and Guitar Rig 4 and Ezdrummer all work with my M Audio fast track pro. And Reaper did until last night?

Yes those I mentioned are settings within REAPER. You might have inadvertently changed them.

System Restore fixed it, but now I am not able to connect to FCB 1010

I'm having this trouble with a FastTrack. What version of Reaper are you using and did this problem (by any chance) show up when you updated to 4.25?
