If you remove the throttle body clean the carbon from the inner housing and plate and screw in the throttle stop adjuster screw half a turn ( small torx bit ) it should restore everything nicely ...

removed throttle cleaned it tried all diffrent adjustments , but whatever i set the stop screw at it makes no diff.

thats odd beacuse if you go beyond an extra half turn the idle will be over 1000 rpm its very sensitive , if you open the stop screw you get more air and more air = more rpm . so whats wrong here?

If you are under the bonnet and you adjust the stop screw yes it increases to over 1000rpm, but then as soon as i blip the throttle after a while it settles back to 650 - 700
