Suddenly faders not moving......

For whatever reason, the faders on my C24 are no longer functioning. I've tried shutting off and restarting(no fader movement at start-up/diagnostic), did a reset of the board twice, and rescanned the ethernet port. It's says I'm online and the meters register, it's just that the faders are all the way down and audio is not being passed through. This board's not even a year old. I read a previous post from last year which sounds like my situation but it went unanswered. Anyone know how to remedy this?

I checked the fuse and it looks ok. I'll replace it later this morning, since I don't have any on hand. Are there any other places to check? This seems to only effect the faders and the monitor section. I'd like to try and get this thing up and running today and not have to wait until Monday to call Digi TS. Anyone?

Well, I spoke to Digi TS this afternoon and it seems I have the same power supply issue that quite a few of you have had. They're sending me a replacement tomorrow. After reading through some earlier posts on this subject, it's seems like this can happen at any point and time. One post states that serial #s ending in B or C are problematic but #s ending in G are OK. Well my C24 is only 7 months old and it's serial number ends in G. This is not very comforting. I hope the new power supply replacement takes care of the problem.

After reading too many unfinished posts on "power supply" issues with the C24, I thought I'd finish this one. I was able to replace the PSU and fader boards with the new ones sent from Digi. Installation wasn't too bad. Board seems to be just fine.
