"Marquee select items and time" doesn't work in the "track" context, it just draws a time selection. Everything else is working as expected though, thanks for this one! :) Good work fellas! EDIT: Actually nothing is working properly in the "track" context...

Every mouse action selects time. I can't draw with a pencil without this white curtain following me. Also, glue in selection DOESN'T make the new item the width of the selection. But it may be related to "the great selection debacle" of Alpha 7. (also, I now feel cheap and used). UPDATE: glue issue was my fault. (others, read Schwa's comment below re; glue) OSX PPC. (Adam, do you wear your microphone on your shirt just to be ready to make these quick movies? That's an awesome reflex time.)

Another one, if you have media item default context set to "marquee", you can't place the edit cursor by clicking the item anymore. The modifier should only affect drag behavior right, not single click behavior?
Both new "take" features work in OSX PPC - collapse and empty take lanes.

Would really help to get the I-Beam cursor if 'Marquee select items and time' is assigned to whatever context you are hovering over for left click :) Mostly just to make it obvious which half of the media item you are working in. Anyone have any thought on having "track top half" and "track bottom half" contexts for consistency with the media item contexts? Just an idea. Could put "marquee items and time" in the top and "time selection" in the bottom, or "marquee items and time" and "marquee items", etc.
Small FR Schwa: Could you add a checkbox column to the modifier context menus indicating if the modifier is set to default or not, it would really help to see at a glance what you have changed from standard. I know you can find out if you open the individual modifier menus, but that can take a long time to go though... a context checkbox might speed up finding these bugs . [Disregard the stupid question that was here, figured it out haha]
