ReaEQ disappeared in Version 4

Just updated to version 4. Can't find ReaEQ in VST list (not loading to all my existing projects). Weird... I did plugins clear/re-scan, but it didn't help. During the installation I got some errors, like can't find reaper.exe, elastique,... Please help.

The application wasn't properly installed. Please run the installer again but make sure REAPER is NOT running (verify this with Windows Task Manager).

I had the same thing in v 4.1 and re-installed the programme three times and eventually all of the missing plugs came back. Of all of my many plugins, strangely enough the only ones missing were JS and Rea.

Thank you guys! Just for the others with the same issue: 1. Reaper was running in the background (in Task manager, not under "applications", but under "processes". I ended it and run the installation. 2. Third installation solved the problem with the missing Rea plugs. 3. VST directories needed to be cleared and re-scanned (in properties)
