In all seriousness, make sure you have your physical cables plugged in correctly. Don't ask me how I know.....

I think that one of your plugins is mono. For example, on the Master track.

or monitor mixer set wrong messing you up.. I had my RME Totalmix routed weird for session.. forgot the next settting up to mix..sent something to my dangerous unit same thing happened..then looked over noticed it was the Totalmix that was screwing up the routing.
