I always put this down to cheapo media. But in all honesty, your guess is as good as mine. The error means nothing to me, or at least I dont consider it a 'real' error. How can the address be invalid? Why would it be invalid?! I do wish I could tell you more but until I become great friends with someone who creates DVDR drives and their firmware, I guess we'll never know.

ok il tell my buddy to try diff media because i believe hes using tdk but he has some riteks oh also he cant save images as iso's only as mds files but at my house mine saves as both. Is there a reason for that?

Yeah, you're probably using NTFS like a good person, your mate is probably using FAT32. When you rip to a FAT32 drive, the program is forced to split the image into sections no greater than 4GB. (FAT32 doesnt support files any bigger than that). The MDS file is used to tell supporting programs how to deal with the split image and so that's the one you load. For you, loading either the ISO or the MDS file will work just fine.

im sorry i should have seen that also i noticed that if records an iso in nero it records at 4x on ritek g04 but on dvd decryptor the iso records at 1.9x-2.0x any ideas about this?

Using 3.1.9.0? No idea really. It should burn at whatever your drive wants to. Its not the program limiting it or anything.

yeah hes using the latest version . Im gonna switch him over to xp this weekend ill see how that work maybe it will make a difference
